“A Huge Disappointment Compared to Our Previous Stay”
We had stayed at this homestay before and had a good experience, so we came back, but this time the experience was completely different and extremely disappointing. No one was available to greet or assist us upon arrival. The room was in a very poor and unhygienic state, showing that cleanliness was not properly maintained. The staff behaved in an unwelcoming and unprofessional manner. It is especially disheartening because our previous stay had been good, and we expected the same level of service. The current condition and service have deteriorated significantly. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves cleanliness, staff behaviour, and the overall guest experience.
