“Annoying to not have a towel or sink”

The bed was comfortable and the mirror was long, yet there was no towel, the TV wouldn’t connect to anything, and the windows felt like a prison; the whole place was empty and I wish I had received a nicer room.

There was nothing positive to note. The water damage left the rooms dirty, with ants in the shower and bedrooms, paid toilet paper, no towels, and the rooms were not cleaned.

Nothing good. The place was extremely filthy, and it smelled bad.

The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked, and it was fine for a single night. The service was just mediocre and unprofessional: no one was at the reception, the staff were exhausted, cigarettes were scattered everywhere, and we arrived early in the morning when check‑in was at 2 pm; they refused to let us use the room earlier even though the hotel was almost empty and the rooms were ready. We offered to pay an extra fee, but they declined. They don’t speak any English and mocked us in Indonesian. There was zero respect or professionalism. We left our bags in their “smoking area,” and there was no reception staff for check‑out or key hand‑over. In addition, there was no toilet paper in the room unless you pay extra, no sink, large spider webs on the ceiling, and stains on the sheets. It was a very bad experience for us.
