Everything was basically perfect: a large room with all the amenities you could want, a gorgeous bathroom, a seaside location with a charming garden, and especially the attentive care from Dee and Johnny.

The garden was exquisite, complete with a wild pond and great views. Nothing was lacking; it was flawless.

“It was home from home & nothing was too much bother.”

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The location was ideal, offering easy access to all the popular attractions of the North Coast, Belfast, and beyond. I can’t find any faults with BallyCairn; Johnny and Dee made me feel very welcome and always went the extra mile.

“A perfect week in every way.”

Everything was excellent, from the warm welcome by our wonderful hosts John and Dee and the rhubarb tart with cream upon arrival, to the comfortable, spacious accommodation and the fantastic breakfast. John and Dee also offered helpful ideas and guidance for trips to maximize our stay. The only downside was going home.

Every detail surpassed our expectations: the house and gardens are stunning with amazing views. Johnny and Dee were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. We highly recommend staying at BallyCairn House and look forward to returning.
