Everything about the property was great: the helpful staff, knowledgeable guides, peaceful nature surroundings, and tasty food. My expectations were exceeded and nothing was lacking.

Despite the extreme rainfall that forced us to evacuate by helicopter, we still had a great time thanks to the fantastic team and management.

The hotel staff and safari team were outstanding, all very friendly and attentive. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, and the coffee, lunch and dinners are all very good. It would be nice to have more activities when we’re not on safari, like a gym or a game room.

The place is well secluded. There are no shops nearby for basic supplies.
