We needed a spot close to a specific point and the parking was comfortable, but the breakfast was poor and the place was generally boring.

Almost everything was great: the exceptional tranquility, spacious and comfy rooms, an extremely comfortable bed, a beautiful pool, and the harmony between the restaurant, bar and surrounding nature. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, answering every request right away. I especially loved the sense of stepping away from Tirana’s noise while still being only minutes from the city center. The space and vibe make Mai Tai feel like a real private oasis. I honestly found very little to dislike; the only wish was to have more time to enjoy the resort’s peaceful atmosphere – one night simply felt too short!

The bedding, cleanliness, and location were spot-on, plus the price matched the quality! We absolutely adored our time at the Mai Tai Resort in Tirana. The property is stunning, perfectly positioned, and impeccably maintained: rooms shine, beds feel heavenly, and the service is impeccable. Great bang for the buck. A special shout‑out to Denis, who was a real asset throughout our visit. His warmth, friendliness, and professionalism made us feel like family. Thanks to him, we felt right at home. We strongly recommend this place and hope to return soon!

“Never again”

Near the shopping centers, good spot, staff were decent. When I walked into my room, it was filthy—no toilet cleaning, the fridge had spoiled food, and there was no phone to call reception. I raised the issue, but they never cleaned or provided a phone. I’ve never stayed in a place so neglectful and dirty. It was off‑season, so few guests and no one attended to my needs. The stay was uncomfortable, and the price wasn’t cheap; I could have chosen a better hotel.
