“A nice place to spend the night when through or visiting tbe area.”

The Rose room was very comfortable and clean; the shared kitchen’s cleanliness varied with who was staying at the time. It’s marketed as a bed and breakfast, yet the breakfast was self‑serve, which surprised me because I expected the hostess to cook. We ended up paying $10 each for breakfast at their “sister” property around the corner.

“This was a nice place for a short stay. Good value.”

The location was great, and the do‑your‑own breakfast was fine. However, we stayed in the cottage, not the main house, and the biggest drawback was the lack of a television.

Booking was a breeze, and I appreciated the text with detailed, clear instructions. The property was spacious, so even with other guests in different areas it didn’t feel cramped. The home was excellent, and having water and other small items available was helpful because we arrived late and the stores were closed. I have no complaints and would definitely stay again, already planning my next visit.

The private house is gorgeous and perfect for holiday rentals; it’s a fantastic property with nothing to complain about.
