“Nel cuore di Lecce, con vista su Piazza Sant’Oronzo”

I had a really pleasant stay right in the heart of Lecce, with the room looking straight onto the beautiful Piazza Sant’Oronzo—an unbeatable spot for exploring the historic centre on foot. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs, and the breakfast at Bar Avino was varied and enjoyable, a great way to start the day. Excellent location, warm welcome, and comfortable stay—definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone visiting Lecce.

“Emplacement idéal mais peut être bruyant.”

The view of Piazza d’Oronzo was great, and the staff were attentive, especially Sanjana and Dana. However, there was a lack of soundproofing, and if you have neighbors in the building who think they’re the only ones awake until 2–3 am, you’ll hear them.

The location is amazing, right in the middle of the old town next to Piazza Sant’Oronzo; it can get very loud, but closing the windows and turning on the AC makes it fine. The host was very nice, and breakfast was good and filling.

It was close to everything. The information said breakfast was included, but that wasn’t entirely true—each day we only received 10 € worth of coupons that didn’t cover breakfast, so we had to pay extra every day. That was a huge negative because it was completely misleading and unfair; the place shouldn’t claim breakfast is included if it isn’t.
