Staying at Dom Muzealny Ornak was an absolutely incredible experience. It feels more like staying in a real historic house and museum than a typical accommodation. The place is full of history, character, and authenticity. The room felt like stepping through a door into the past. Everything has been beautifully preserved, and there are so many unusual and fascinating details to discover. It was such a special experience, completely different from anywhere I have stayed before. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. Whenever we needed anything, they were always happy to help without any problem. Definitely 10/10. This was not just a place to stay—it was a truly unique and unforgettable experience.

The décor and atmosphere were great, but it was a bit of a pity that the bathroom was outside the room, though we understand why that is.

A wonderful place with soul and history – we highly recommend it! My wife and I chose this house because of its incredible, unique atmosphere; it’s truly a home‑museum in traditional high‑lander style that has preserved its history and unique details superbly. Staying here is a completely different, special experience. Inside everything is spotless, and the house is perfectly equipped with everything needed for a fully comfortable stay. A big plus is the huge green area around the building and the well‑prepared fire pit, ideal for evening relaxation outdoors. The location is simply perfect – shops and public transport stops are nearby, and most of the city’s main attractions are a short walk away. Special thanks go to the lovely host, Magda! She stayed in constant contact, always ready to help, advise, and suggest great places. We wholeheartedly recommend this spot and will definitely return!
