“Amazing”

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the scenery around the mud bath area was magnificent, and the buffet surpassed our expectations in both quality and variety. However, the room differed a lot from the photos we booked, and we were disappointed that the actual room didn't live up to our expectations.

The villa app gave me a great spot and top accommodation. The restaurant was mediocre, the food was average, and they didn’t clean up properly. The sea is littered with a lot of plastic.

The location is fabulous and the pool is amazing—just fantastic. The beach is good too. The bungalows are private, spacious, and comfortable, and the bathrooms are huge. Getting around was easy; the buggies arrived whenever we needed them and never waited more than about 5 minutes, which was exceptional. However, the property itself suffered because many guests were rude, unfriendly, horrible to the staff, and demanding. I didn’t know that Na Trang was called Little Moscow until we got there, and that made me question returning because it was so uncomfortable. I feel awful because the hotel is exceptional but the overwhelming number of these guests and their attitude was awful.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the island itself was beautiful and relaxing. The rooms were very nice, but the beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The swim‑up bar wasn’t open the whole week we stayed, which was quite disappointing.
