Location is good. Staffs are helpful. And rooms are very clean. Definitely recommend

The staff here was really friendly and the location's not bad, just a bit of a trek from Bangalore's center. We got a sweet view of the city from our 5th-floor room, and caught the Diwali Festival fireworks display - that was a nice bonus. But, check-in was a hassle, with duplicate info requests, and the western-style breakfast was a letdown - who puts toast baked into an omelet? The balcony door wouldn't lock, and they only took cash, which was inconvenient.
