Grand Hotel Fleming by OMNIA hotels

The room was really tiny, I would say cramped; the bathroom didn’t even have a shower tray, it was shoved into a corner with a plastic step to put on the floor when needed, and then you end up with wet sanitary fixtures. The mattress, only one and a half beds wide, was deformed on one side and thus very uncomfortable. It was truly unexpected for a place like this and the prices are far from cheap.

I was really comfortable during my visit. Every staff member was kind, helpful and professional. Whenever I needed assistance, everyone who helped me was very courteous and ready to assist. It’s clear they care about the guest and perform their duties with great willingness. Kudos to the whole team and thanks for the excellent support!

“Hotel confortevole e staff disponibile”

We stayed two nights at the Grand Hotel Fleming and overall the experience was very positive. The hotel is well maintained, the surroundings are clean and cared for, and the room turned out to be comfortable. The range of products available to guests is also good. The staff were always friendly and helpful. In our case the location was particularly convenient because we had to reach the Caserma Salvo D’Acquisto, and for those with commitments in that area, the hotel is definitely a great option. The location is a bit less practical for those staying in Rome mainly to visit the center. The metro stop is not close, and to reach it you first need to take a bus, so traveling to the main tourist areas takes a bit more time. Aside from this, which is mainly about personal stay needs, we found everything very good: clean and cared-for property, polite staff, and a good overall level of comfort. The experience was definitely positive.

“Group people”

The room was tiny, leaving no room to move or store luggage, and there was no ironing facility in the room; the iron in the shared ironing room was in poor condition. Breakfast was disappointing because I was ill and arrived late at 9:55, only to be told it was closed, and when we asked for hot water they said no. They never replace the food when it runs out; if you ask, they say it’s finished and nothing more will come. On the bright side, the iron in every room is functional and the large room is sufficient for two beds.
