“Terrible stay”

Only a few positives. The place looks pretty worn out; my phone was unplugged and the face plate was missing, yet the staff seemed fine with that.

The bathroom needs a deep clean—there’s a dirty baseboard, grime in the corner and along the shower door.

The rooms are lovely, spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable; the staff are helpful and friendly.

The hotel provides a nice setting for both work and relaxation, with plenty of comfortable seating in the lobby and bar, a small outdoor pool, good food, and generally friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable, featuring a large bed, complimentary coffee, and a roomy layout. However, the interior feels a bit dated, especially the bathroom tiles and bathtub/shower. I would have liked complimentary coffee available in the lobby all day instead of being taken away at 11 AM, and the bar does not serve food or drinks before 4 PM (only sweets and small snacks from the front desk). Breakfast could use improvement: service seemed disorganized, with a wait even when the restaurant was not crowded; the menu was limited, lacking a buffet, and the main waitress appeared stressed and less friendly than the rest of the staff, correcting us several times. The food itself was good, but we missed the flexibility of mixing and matching different breakfast options. It was also disappointing that we had to choose between juice and coffee rather than having both.
