“Great location, but overpriced services and poor value for money.”

The spot of the hotel is spot on, right near the city centre, and the room was roomy and tidy. I was let down by being charged a half‑day rate for early check‑in that was far above what we had agreed on. The hotel’s prices were outrageously steep, even when compared with Germany, Austria, and other Central European spots; for instance, the airport transfer cost 3.5 times the market rate. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, offering very few choices for the high price, and the coffee machines were broken.

The location was solid. I booked a junior suite, but the sofa that was shown in the photo was missing.

Location and breakfast. Toilet exhaust fan doesn’t work. Outdated furniture. Dirty carpets. Not enough light in toilet for shaving. Most hotels nowadays have a magnifying mirror but not this one. Low quality soap and body wash without any scent which are available even in low star hotels/ motels
