The location was good and the staff were friendly, but the rooms and common areas could use a refresh.

The beds are comfy and the room with a separate kitchen is spacious, yet the bathroom is tiny and being on the 4th floor without an elevator could be tough for long stays or for people with mobility issues.

The location works, but customer service was awful: no AC, asking for a fan turned into a hassle, we were told to open the window, the room had mosquitoes, we mentioned it, they laughed, and there was a huge mucus stuck under the TV.

Habitación pequeña pero acogedora y limpia, mucho mejor de lo que me había imaginado. El personal muy amable y comprensibles. No tiene ascensor o sea que prepárate para hacer pierna jajaj. También eché en falta una neverita en la habitación :( Pero igualmente son males menores si buscas alojamiento en París
