The location was very good. The room was comfortable with a nice bed and ample space, and the staff were professional and responsive. However, I couldn’t rate the hotel higher because during my two nights there was no hot water; it was lukewarm in the evening and a bit better in the morning. The sauna was also non‑functional on both nights. I’m frustrated that a 5‑star hotel doesn’t have hot water, especially when I booked specifically for the sauna. On my second night a customer care call asked how my stay was, which was very positive. It seems there are gaps between the staff’s service level and the actual facilities. Perhaps I was unlucky, but hot water is a must, so I have to mention it.

“Excelente hotel.”

Excellent staff service. The hotel is very well located and the room was comfortable. I think the breakfast could improve; the scrambled eggs were never hot. The toaster took too long to heat up and toast the bread, and it was hard to handle.

Central location. The parking garage is directly at the hotel, with parking service available on request. The SPA area, rooftop bar and restaurant in the hotel are nice. The breakfast is very good, the staff are friendly and helpful. We received an upgrade on arrival and could enjoy the beautiful suite on the 12th floor, so everything was to our highest satisfaction!

Gut erreichbar. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr gute Tiefgarage und wir haben, warum auch immer, ein kostenloses Upgrade auf 1 Superior Suite bekommen. Das Frühstücks Buffet war ebenfalls sehr gut. Jederzeit wieder. Nichts
