“Good security and quite”

The hotel sits in a quiet, well‑secured area with 24‑hour entrance boom/security and a reception open 24/7; we stayed in room 21, which was big and spacious, and the kids had the adjacent room 22, both of which served their purposes and the overall service was good, yet the building is ageing, upkeep is lacking, the lights are dim and flicker, the bed is uncomfortable, and the breakfast was the same for two consecutive days.

“won’t be a second time”

The location was great, but the check‑in at 12:00 felt hostile when staff followed me and asked about the number of guests, making me feel unwelcome.

“Very accommodating but old furniture needs to changed”

The staff were friendly and greeted us both at night and when we checked out, but the carpet was mouldy, old, and dirty.
