“No dormir aquí”

They didn’t let us stay because there weren’t enough beds for the people we were traveling with; they said it was a platform error that allowed the booking. We had to leave in the evening to find another place.

“Waste of time”

I thought it was a good price. But 30 minutes after confirming, they told me I’d have to use a dormitory bunk instead of a private queen‑bed room. They didn’t apologize, just said the private room was gone and I’d get a bunk. I was already on the road and couldn’t find another decent option.

Good value. Sheets, towels and the bathroom were clean. The staff were attentive. Initially there was a bit of difficulty with the service, but everything worked out later. A lockable wardrobe for luggage would be nice.
