Comfort Inn & Suites Macon West

“Great location, clean, friendly staff & great breakfast.”

The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. It was close to the highway. I didn’t dislike anything.

“Good hotel that provided a decent night of sleep”

Breakfast was good, but when we arrived a dirty washcloth was hanging on the shower curtain rod.

“After all the inconveniences, the stay was good. The rooms should have been evaluated better before”

Breakfast was good and the staff were polite and helpful when fixing problems. Our adjoining rooms 307 and 309 had wet carpet from cleaning, humidity dripping from the connecting door frame and visible mold, and the A/C in 307 didn’t work. We were moved to 308 and 309; 308 had very damp carpet from a previous cleaning but was almost dry the next morning and acceptable that afternoon. The next afternoon neither room’s key cards worked, and when we moved the new key cards were only activated for one night instead of two.

Breakfast was nice, but the front‑desk attendant had worked all night and then had to cover breakfast because someone else didn’t show up for their shift.

The location to everything was great.
