I stayed at Residencial Flores on 30 July in Suite 04; the facilities need investment, the bed was hard—felt like sleeping on plywood—, the electric shower worked but the water was so hot it almost burned my skin, the toilet was loose from the bathroom floor causing a bad odor, the air‑conditioner didn’t cool enough, the hotel entrance had a completely torn banner so we got drenched when it rained, I’ve complained several times for improvements, the rate on Booking is R$ 160 per night, at the Sfera Motel the suite costs R$ 110 with breakfast; I’m not endorsing Sfera Motel, but the comfort there is definitely better than Residencial Flores.

It’s a kind of love hotel where people mainly come to have sex; it’s unhygienic and there’s no supervision.
