Hotel on the Promenade is a boutique-style hotel situated 50 meters from the Sea Point Promenade in Cape Town. Elegant rooms feature walnut-coloured floors, leather-back beds, private bathrooms, and large flat-screen TVs. The hotel is within a 5-minute drive to the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point Pavilion and Swimming Pools, with Cape Town International Airport approximately 40 minutes away by car.

The hotel is tiny but cozy, and the staff were super friendly; it’s just a few steps from great coffee shops. The room felt very hot when we entered, and there’s no window that can open for fresh air.

Everything was impeccably managed and welcoming. Eugene is such a warm‑hearted, knowledgeable, and elegant host that makes everyone feel at home.
