Everything was amazing, especially the reception, 10/10. Nothing else.

The restaurant dish and service were good. The single outdoor terrace was closed all day for a private event, the spa was limited to 1H30 per day, and there was no sound quietness over the weekend (Shabbat on Saturday, wedding on Sunday). There was no ping‑pong table as advertised, the billiards table was broken, and the shower had a leaking faucet that didn’t work. A dozen mosquitoes slipped through the ventilation grilles and there was no solution. Booking a massage over the weekend for three consecutive days was impossible. The “Suite” was comparable to a student apartment at the Crous. I paid 1000€ for two nights with almost no activities available; I could keep listing more points but I’m done giving my time, it ruined the only weekend I could afford.
