The accommodation was very nice, comfortable, and clean; the staff were friendly and helpful, there was a drinking water station in the breakfast area, and a washing machine was available; the location was good.

The staff were very nice, the hotel sits at the top of the So Nang strip, and getting around by bike is easy; the Wi‑Fi in our room was very bad and the pool was not cleaned enough.
“Great Room, Mediocre Breakfast”
The room was huge and the pool was spotless, but the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The staff was friendly, though, and the room was super clean. It's a shame they didn't have more options for breakfast.
The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was well located. The mattress was broken, I asked for a replacement and it was swapped without complaint; the cleaning staff should not be looked under the furniture.
My flight from Madrid to Bangkok was cancelled because of the conflict in Iran, and this hotel was the only one that refused to refund or change my dates even though I would return to Thailand between 19 April and 21 May for the same itinerary; I received no reply to my last message, and I find this attitude deplorable given the circumstances. Exploiting tourists’ misfortune is hateful, and Booking should not work with people like this; I am convinced the room was re‑leased because they knew I wouldn’t come.
