The hot spring, breakfast, and the staff’s service were great! The bathroom and washbasin in the room were hot, and having an open-air bath would have made it even better.

The hot spring is open 24 hours, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff who served breakfast were very helpful! The room’s bath couldn’t be used, the tatami creaked, and there was a leak in the bathroom.

Unfortunately, nothing good. The building and equipment are old and lack cleanliness. The room’s bath is unusable, the safe’s key is stiff and unusable, and the TV remote doesn’t turn the power on or off. The discrepancy with the website was severe. The staff’s attitude was mediocre, making it a very disappointing experience after a long time.
