“Great stay”
The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast options are great, and there’s a water bottle refill station.

The staff were amazing.

The location was fine, but the place was a scam: no washcloths, hand towels, or toilet paper, no breakfast, it was unclean, the overall appearance was awful, the outside door wasn’t locked and lacked lighting, and we booked a king room but received a double bed with no price adjustment; the staff wouldn’t even lower the pet fee.

The pool was very clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and there were no other complaints.

The staff were friendly, but the beds felt very hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were worn out and should be replaced; the overall look of the hotel is worn.
