The spa boasts an indoor pool overlooking the mountains, multiple saunas, a steam bath, massages, a relaxation room, an outdoor hot tub, and a fitness area.

The pool and sauna area are fresh and nice, even a whirlpool outside. Parking is inside the hotel. Rooms are comfy and a fresh water bottle arrives daily. Coffee, tea and soft drinks are available all day. Dinner is pretty fancy, tasty and looks good. They also offer activities. Breakfast buffet is top‑notch. The downside? The room faces the street and traffic noise is brutal.

The location is gorgeous, right next to the Giggijoch slope. I parked my car in the garage at the start of the trip and never needed it again. The ski bus took me to Gurgl’s ski area. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are fully equipped.

Nice hotel, good location and solid facilities. A solid stay with a good breakfast and generally friendly staff. I was in a bad mood in the morning, but the lady at breakfast helped. The room was clean, but there was a nail and a hair on a shelf under the mirror—probably from the previous guest. A bottled water in the room costs extra, which feels unnecessary at these rates. Still, I’d recommend the place.
