I was helped with my luggage after a long night of flight delays, and the complimentary beverage was appreciated. However, there were no towels in either the bathroom or the bedroom.

There was nothing to praise, and the check‑in was slow and unwelcoming. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, and at 5.30 am a scaffold was being built outside my window without any notice, showing a complete lack of care throughout the stay. The free drinks offer was misleading: you could only get one drink per guest, and it was limited to tea, coffee, or cordial.
