I appreciate the eco‑friendly vibe of the hotel, the shared kitchen, and the honest store. The room, however, lacks air conditioning.

The new facility is clean and nice, and the staff—who worked hard to meet needs such as clean towels—provided excellent service. Downstairs restaurants like Iniaha Republic and Som Tam (Thai) were very good. Laundry facilities downstairs were fast and reasonably priced. There is no continental breakfast, but a common eating area is available. We ordered food from the first‑floor restaurants and then went up to the fifth floor to eat. I think the hotel is a bit pricey for everything it offers, but I’m not upset because the location, services, and cleanliness are excellent. If I return, I’d choose a room at the back of the hotel because the traffic noise outside can keep a light sleeper awake at night. I also wish they would provide some food or snacks in the common eating area for late nights or when kids get a little hungry.
