“Family holiday with 3 rooms”

The location is very central and the rooms offer spectacular balcony views over the sea, yet the Turkish breakfast is mediocre, the rooms feel a bit basic, and there are many minor maintenance issues.

The old hotel has a bad atmosphere, the furniture is old, the restaurant always has something on the grill, and the service is poor in the old building.

The location and the view from the window (I had a sea‑view room on the second floor) were great, and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast lacked greens and fruit (only watermelon was available), there was no meat or poultry at all, and after cleaning the room no shampoo was left. I asked at reception, a girl came and brought a conditioner thinking it was shampoo. There are problems with the staff, yet everyone is very kind.

“Whilst the location was great, the hotel did not meet the three star rating it has.”

The location was good, but the room was very noisy because it sits next to the restaurant ventilation fan, the bed was uncomfortable and the linens didn’t fit the bed, and our shower drain was blocked while the basin had no drain plug.

The location is perfect with an amazing view, the staff are extremely friendly, and the food is amazing—special thanks to Fouat who made sure everything was perfect and taught us some Turkish :D.
