The spot was great, but you have to share the bathroom and it smells very damp.

The accommodation was clean, the host was quick to respond, and the house felt like a genuine Portuguese home; cycling around was a pleasant way to see the area.

Check‑in was contactless, the code arrived right after booking, so no hiccups; everything ran smoothly and was well organised. The bed was pristine and the windows faced the sun, making the room hot after 9 am, but the fan saved the day. We spent the whole day walking around the city, so this little issue didn’t spoil our overall pleasant experience. I recommend it!
