The person who welcomed us was pretty friendly, but the room mostly had windows facing the hallway that led to other rooms, and the lights were almost always on, making it hard to sleep. I couldn’t pay by card and didn’t have the exact change, so the ladies gave me a random amount back and applied an unfavorable exchange rate after I told them they were short on cash.

The staff were really nice and made everyone feel welcome, yet we got confused about the location—it’s above the little shop the family runs. I’d suggest a big sign over the shop that says “Hotel Osmani”; otherwise we wouldn’t have found it without asking around.

The staff were nice and made us feel very welcomed, but there was no sign saying “Hotel Osmani!” so I got very lost as a tourist.
