“Hervorragend”
Livio is a very nice, helpful host, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The property boasts a lovely garden, and the bus stop is within a short walk. We would definitely return 😊

The location was convenient for reaching Lucca quickly. The building and the rooms were nice, though ours felt a bit small (especially since we had a dog), but that was our fault for not informing the staff directly. Livio was still very kind and attentive, and he responded promptly to the issue of missing hot water. The room was small; perhaps a slightly smaller bed could help optimize the space a bit better.
The room was huge and roomy, making the trip to the city center by car super convenient. The breakfast was very modest, with only tea or coffee available.
