“Thank you all for everything ..”

All the staff—Eren, Cuneyt, Engin, Zara—were incredibly courteous and respectful, providing excellent hospitality. The bed in my room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel sits close to major attractions like Galata Tower, Tersane, Sultan Ahmet, and Aminunu. There’s a mini‑market behind the hotel and plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Thanks! The only negatives were that the bath water was cold and there was a smell coming from the toilet.

“A nice family vacation”

The bed was great, but our room lacked a table while our son’s room had one, so the claim that the rooms were identical was false. The view was nice and the top‑floor restaurant was pleasant. The gym, spa, and sauna were also good. I was unable to redeem Radisson points even though I booked through them.

I had a good stay in Istanbul. The place was clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to reach nearby attractions and explore the city.

“Excellent”

The hotel sits right in the city center, the staff were very helpful, and the front desk assisted us with booking our cruise. The property was clean and easy to reach Galata and Istiklal.

Regarding the friendly staff, I would especially like to highlight Zara and Eran. The room was very cold; they couldn't turn off the air conditioning for two days. Breakfast was very modest for a 5-star hotel. The hotel is in need of a refresh
