Lyuba and Marco are incredibly warm hosts, always attentive and making you feel comfortable and at home. Lyuba’s breakfasts are sensational and generous—you can’t finish everything she offers. They’re great conversationalists and help plan your day in Rome based on your interests and the area you want to visit. We’ll definitely see them again on our next trip. Everything was perfect, nothing was missing or wrong.

The two owners’ hospitality was outstanding, from arranging transport to guiding us around Rome, ensuring the room was comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and most of all their kindness was wonderful. The retro elevator was cute and a nice experience. Nothing at all was lacking.

“Fantastic stay in a great location.”

We had one of the best host experiences ever. They know Roman history, churches, art, culture and restaurants inside out. After we moved to a large apartment in Trastevere to meet family, Lyuba found a lovely restaurant and even booked a table for our group of nine—truly above and beyond. The rooms were comfortable and attractive, and the soundproof windows made sleeping on a fairly busy street easy and quiet, letting us see the huge plane trees and parakeets outside. We loved how quiet and pleasant the area was, yet within walking distance of the Vatican and the tourist crowds. Lyuba and Marco were great hosts and helped us find non‑tourist restaurants featuring typical Roman cuisine. The breakfasts were very special. We highly recommend their place!

I’m at the Rome airport now, pulling out a small cake Lyuba packed for me, feeling incredibly warm and reluctant to leave. She treats us like family, preparing a generous breakfast early each morning, even packing homemade food for us to take away when we’re hungry. The cleaning is meticulous, and we feel very heartened. We arrived late that day, it was cold, and Marco welcomed us at the door; the next day he told us the best sightseeing routes. The couple’s enthusiasm and kindness left a beautiful memory of our trip, and I think when my husband and I have kids, we’ll bring them back to Rome to visit Lyuba and Marco again ❤️
