The place is spotless and the location is perfect, with staff who are very friendly.

The location and the building’s architecture stand out. The bathrooms are very small.

The facilities, location, service, and cleanliness are all excellent. However, the breakfast cost felt pricey and wasn’t included, so I didn’t eat there. There’s no parking, but I didn’t need it.

The hotel is well‑located in Guanajuato’s historic center and most amenities are within walking distance. The hotel is large and old, but the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and super clean. Breakfast is varied and excellent. Customer service is good and efficient. The breakfast starts late at 8:00 a.m., but that’s normal in Mexico.
