The ambience was very nice and the place was clean; the reception staff were kind and hospitable, housekeeping was respectful, and everything was on time—water arrived in 5 minutes, housekeeping at 2 pm when requested, and check‑in was smooth; the rooms were clean and smelled fresh.

Only the rates and location were good, but according to other guests the property does not meet Marriott standards.

Service and cleanliness were excellent everywhere, the bed was comfortable, and the location was nice. No issues worth mentioning.

The place is in a great spot, spotless and well kept, and the staff respond quickly; I’d have preferred a higher floor though.
