The staff here go above and beyond. Helpful and very helpful. We arrived to a nice caravan sadly we had to move as with. Half an hour of unpacking the people next door were behaving badly shouting smashing things arguing swearing! All in front of a newborn and young lad. Horrific!! Called security they were there within a few minutes very impressed however we had to love couldn’t chance it! Second caravan more old fashioned but location great. Bed was just terrible - mattress needs replacing so uncomfortable- we took the thin mattress from the sofa bed in lounge and put on top of bedroom mattress to help but we were both very uncomfortable and didn’t sleep and that’s the reason we left a day early. Positives: beach location is lovely and clean often had beach to ourselves Staff are very nice Lots of activities for Youngsters we didn’t use but all looked great Had fish and chips on sight very nice Didn’t use evening facilities so can’t comment If guests were more respectful this place would be even better Would return but only if upgraded with better beds! There’s a large Asda not far from Site but I found it expensive for an Asda!. Matress! Some clientele!! Not being able to access until 4pm No tea towels

“Nice mobile home close to the goodwood estate. Clean and good enough to eat and sleep.”

The staff were very helpful. The kitchen and shower were very clean. There were no towels and the beds were only 60 cm wide.

“Eens maar nooit meer terug”

The location was good. We were poorly assisted with fixing the Wi‑Fi; we waited 4 hours for a technician while the temperature was 31 °C in a caravan without air‑conditioning or a fan. That unit broke on Friday and we received no replacement, so we spent 3 days without Wi‑Fi. The shower tap was set to 58 °C and didn’t work. The bedroom doors were covered in stains as if they had never been polished. I will never return; it’s a real disappointment. There were also many shouting people at night and a lot of noisy birds on the roof.

“Nice place”

I loved staying at this beachfront property, the indoor pool and theater shows were definitely highlights. However, the place was geared too much towards kids, with arcades everywhere that made it hard to rest. The fun fair was also underwhelming, and the cafe didn't have the treats they advertised. To top it off, the place was pretty dirty - my bed in the mezzanine wasn't changed, and there was sand and dust everywhere.
