The location was fine, but everything else was terrible: no toiletries, a broken shower head, and the AC in room #202 wasn’t working, so they moved me to #204 without any apology.

I booked a king‑size room with a balcony, yet the hotel gave me a deluxe room. When I raised the issue, they replied that the other rooms were occupied and that was the only one available; if king‑size rooms weren’t available, how could they have offered that option on the booking site? It feels like fraud—why pay for a king room and receive a deluxe one?

The location and staff behavior were really good 😊 the food tasted excellent and wasn’t too expensive, and there was nothing else to complain about.

The staff were friendly, but the room was too small and cramped with a bed, and it wasn’t the same room I had expected.

“Overall good place if you are only spending the night to sleep !”

Pacific Mall and other small departmental stores like Zudio and Westside are nearby, but I had to call reception for basic items such as toilet paper, a water bottle, and clean towels, although the staff were helpful and kind.
