The hotel felt very pleasant with a friendly staff. In the corridor you can brew tea or coffee and there are sweets available. A fridge in the common area is also convenient.

I stayed for two days and the staff were very responsive, the room was cozy, clean, and the service was good. The location was excellent, surrounded by many cafés and restaurants.

The location, cleanliness, and staff were all great. The downside was that sometimes the TV in the neighboring room could be heard, and the bathroom ventilation was poor— it was a supply fan that didn’t work well. However, there was no mold or dirt.

The place is conveniently located, the staff are wonderful, and the room is clean. The double door and thick curtains are good for those who like to sleep long. The bed is soft. The room is cool, which I liked, but it might feel uncomfortable to others. The noise from neighbors and the corridor is quite strong. The “Back” button on the TV remote didn’t work, making YouTube frustrating. The room feels a bit cramped and barely has space to turn around, which I found acceptable, but the price is high for that size. A price of 20k tenge would be more realistic; at 30k tenge I could find a better, more comfortable and spacious option.
