The staff were friendly, though the bathroom was not really clean and had holes in the floor.

The team were very helpful and welcoming, the overall stay pleasant, and the room was spacious and located on the main floor, which was a bonus but also annoying because you could hear people walking from early morning; however, the cleanliness could have been better—there was dust under the furniture and in the bathroom (though I know my standards are higher than most).
