The hotel features a restaurant, bar, garden with a terrace, fitness centre, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and indoor swimming pool. Rooms have contemporary décor, flat-screen TVs, and en-suite bathrooms.

Everything was immaculate, yet after 11 pm the bar service could not accept card payments and someone used our room number to charge drinks, which needs fixing.

The location was good, though the place felt a bit dated.

The room was big, but the spa was terrible: the sauna fits only four, the steam room and jacuzzi hold three, the cold spa area was run down with insufficient seats, there was no heating in bedroom 1, the hard chair was uncomfortable, and the pillows were very poor quality.

The reception staff were amazing and a credit to the hotel, going above and beyond to ensure happiness, but the staff and room had issues.
