“Warmth and elegance!”

Stuck in a gorgeous mansion, the hotel was elegant and stylish, with staff that handled every need. Inside and out, everything was spotless, and the garden and pool looked well maintained. The décor added a nice touch, and we ate at Luna three nights straight—delicious. Breakfast was creative and the welcome drink made us feel right at home. The staff’s warmth and effort to make our stay special were evident. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about.

“Nice hotel with lovely staff but not the loveliest area”

The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the pool area was a real highlight. The restaurant served decent food. However, the surrounding area isn’t very charming—some spots feel rough, and the beach has a seaweed issue. The hotel itself could use a bit of polish; it feels a touch shoddy in places.
