I had to call them to clean the room, and they asked for more money after I had already paid through Booking.

This was my second visit to the hotel and everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly, especially the tall guy at reception and a girl. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well‑located. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect for me, with plenty of shops, eateries, and a metro close by. The room was clean and the bed firm. However, the hotel also functions as a shipping company, so large parcels were scattered around the lobby daily, and my room was not sound‑proof, making the noise from other guests very annoying.

It’s close to everything—market and transport—and the staff were helpful and friendly. The downside was that sometimes the staff weren’t working, there were many people on the ground floor handling cargo, and it wasn’t very quiet at night.
