The experience was awful—no one seemed responsible, and the staff couldn't even give us the correct PIN, so we were stuck waiting with no response; after a 45‑minute delay, they suggested we find another hotel, which cost us more and made me distrust cheaper options.

They never told us about the check‑in procedure, so I ended up waiting in line for over 40 minutes. There was no housekeeping as advertised, the staff didn’t respond properly, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the hot and cold taps were unusable. Nothing worked well.
