The room was spacious with a comfortable big bed, but the small pool had no outdoor space around it and the room air‑conditioning was inadequate.

“Was fine to meet minimum needs for a few nights.”

The air‑con worked well, the beds were comfortable enough, and the location is very close to Ben Thanh Market and other restaurants in the area, but the breakfast set‑up could have been better; it would be nice if someone greeted you at the entrance and explained how the buffet works, and if they offered a proper coffee. The staff could also explain a bit more about the area for first‑time travellers and suggest places to visit or show what’s immediately around.

“Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt an bester, zentraler Lage.”

The staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly, but after almost ten days we had a lot of luggage, the room felt a bit too small and cramped with too few storage spaces—though that’s more of a luxury issue 😄.

“Always fantastic- perhaps 20 times I’ve been there”

The staff were wonderful and the location is great, but the entrance has many stairs, making it awkward to handle luggage.

The location is phenomenal! The staff were friendly and the pool was lovely to cool off in, but the dinner in the hotel wasn’t great, even though it did have some western food that the kids appreciated.
