Breakfast was fine, but the pool was closed for the two‑day stay I had planned, so I missed a swim.

“terrible would not recommend this place to anyone”

Not much to say positively. The place was dirty, and we weren’t told that no elevators were available, even though there was a handicapped guest in our party. In the parking lot, people were sitting on coolers and drinking by the front door, which made it feel unsafe. The car next to ours had a lady with her head covered by a blanket at midnight after we returned from a concert, and she was still there the next day when we tried to leave at 9 am.

“It was not a bad experience but was not the best either.”

The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. The front reception staff lady took forever to check us in, and I couldn’t understand her very well. The pool photos were misleading; they looked large and clean, but the actual pool was much smaller.

I called off my booking, yet my account still got charged. The lobby was crowded with people sitting outside, making the area feel unsafe. Every window was fogged up and didn't look inviting.
