The location was spot on; we booked it as a transit stay because it’s just minutes from the highway. The setting is gorgeous, built right across from the castle after a lovely stone house. After booking, the staff were very attentive and clearly explained the easiest access. The rooms were pleasant and clean. Breakfast was adequate. We dined at the restaurant on a nice terrace and the food was delicious. We’re older, so the stairs aren’t the most comfortable. The stairs were a bit of a hassle, and there was no mosquito net.
