The ocean beach and pools were amazing, and the spa was good though a bit small; the room was large, and the Atlantis restaurant was great (you must book spots at the reception desk). Unfortunately every towel and bathrobe smelled of cigarettes, even the ones we requested a change for. Parking for hotel guests is almost non‑existent, so you have to use paid spots at €4.40 for a whole day and print a new ticket each day. There is no jacuzzi in the hotel or spa, so you must walk to the next door hotel to use theirs, and beach towel changes cost €1. It felt like we had to pay for every little thing that should be included in the high price of a high‑level hotel.

“Schön für einen einwöchigen Urlaub.”

The location for swimming and snorkeling was very good, the terrace breakfast was excellent, the staff were very attentive, and it was great that we could refill water for free. The reserved loungers and the lack of loungers at the beach area were a bit annoying.

The location, the sauna with sea view, the bathing facilities, and the diving were all great.

“Non volevamo più andarcene!”

The 9‑point rating refers to the sea‑view room on the top floor, the spa with ocean‑view sauna and the underlying facility with lifeguard and dive center “Manta” (access to the sea, full of fish, is easy), the sea‑view breakfast (free), and the excellent buffet dinner at the partner hotel Galosol. We had booked a single night but ended up extending our stay by three more nights because we didn’t want to leave. Unfortunately the breakfast is just barely adequate in quality and variety, but that doesn’t change the overall score. This review is simply an invitation to raise the breakfast level to match the dinner, spa, and sea‑view rooms so the whole property gets the credit it deserves. The garden‑view rooms are small with uncomfortable spring beds, damp and with a strange odor (after the first night we changed rooms). To experience the essence of the hotel, I recommend the sea‑view room – truly delightful.
