There was no power, no hot water, no toilet paper, no dinner service after 17:00, and no breakfast service even though it was supposed to be available, so we had to eat breakfast at a neighboring guesthouse.

The location was great and the view from both the room and the restaurant was impressive, but there was no elevator for carrying luggage.

This hotel is amazing; the rooms, food, and staff were all outstanding, and the location is close to the airport with convenient shuttle service; I would definitely return if I ever visit the area.

Everything was perfect, except the restaurant closed at 6 pm on Monday evening.

Breakfast was just ordinary, and the fridge was empty, there was no snack bar or microwave, and the shower had only half a bottle of shampoo left.
