A spacious, spotless room and a convenient spot for getting to the international airport since the hotel sits outside the city. The staff seemed a bit indifferent, probably because we arrived late and there was only one person on duty who didn’t speak English.

“Fuyez !”

At first glance the room looks nicely appointed and visually appealing, but many basic hotel standards are missing: the sheets are torn, the mattress sags into the frame, the water is icy cold (the 50 L heater was there but the staff had no idea how to operate it), the shower drains poorly and water spilled across the bathroom, the complimentary toiletries were just empty samples, the “free wifi” sign on the wall gave a password that led nowhere, the mountain view was blocked by a construction site at the same level, the bathroom reeked and the Japanese‑style toilet didn’t work, and the entrance was hidden down a poorly marked dirt path that none of the three taxis could locate. In short, after an initially welcoming impression, the experience turned into a real disappointment.

A decent place for a one‑night stay. The staff were polite, went out of their way, and even offered us another room. The only downside was the awful shared toilet that had no gender separation—just stalls.

Great, friendly staff, very helpful, and close to the airport for layovers. The downside was that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could have been.

“Séjour atypique”

The change of scenery was great. The typical Mongolian yurts, the staff’s kindness, and the rooms being modern, large, clean, and well‑equipped were all positives. Nothing negative.
