“Traditional family run hotel.....”

It was my first visit to Romania, and the hotel owners were very welcoming and spoke excellent English, which was a bonus. We wanted traditional food and drink, and the hotel delivered both. The evening meals, dish recommendations, and service were excellent, as was the breakfast with homemade relishes, jams, and cold meat dishes. Our room and ensuite were a good size, clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was ample safe off‑road parking for our motorbikes, which we appreciated and found reassuring. We would visit again and recommend it 😊

“Simplu și frumos!”

First, the location is superb, then the hospitality with which we were received; the hosts were great and made us feel at home. The food was delicious, like home‑cooked, with very affordable prices, large portions, good wine, a traditional breakfast with jam, smoked ham, cheeses, eggplant salads, zacuscă, caviar, etc. The only downside was the mattresses on the beds; they were terrible for me, so I didn’t rest well, but overall I would come back.
